A promotional video discribing the benifits of the Magnetic ChargDock in a home and car inviroment.
This quick 3D animation depicts the simplicity in removing the internal components for servicing and maintenance.
Semiconductor Machine Design, Engineering
Presented here is an extensive, from the ground up, product design and engineering effort, of a Semiconductor Wet Processing System. This new system is capable of fully automated, cassette-to-cassette, true single-sided wet processing of 1-12" substrates. We achieve this without disturbing or contaminating the unprocessed side of the substrates.
Product Development Process Case Study
Presented here is the new EM Super-Jet Printing Press, a two-color press with 6 inch cylinders for envelopes and a multi-purpose envelope feeder. Vertex's was responsible for the design and engineering of all plastic and sheet metal parts and exterior covers design. The engineering was driven by ergonomics for good user interface with the press.
Industrial Design & Product Development of Kiosk Game Platform
Vertex was approached to do a complete re-design of an existing product manufactured by the client company. The client wanted the original design updated. As well as creating a new style for the old product, they asked us to configure the new design so they could reduce their manufacturing costs.
Non Contact Semiconductor Chuck Design.
This design of a unique non-contact chuck was part of a much larger scale design and engineering project for a wet processing machine for the semiconductor industry. The client engaged Vertex to design, engineer and produce a scalable new chuck to hold the wafer from the bottom end, while at the same time having the ability to process the side on which the wafer is held.
Jukebox Industrial Design & Product Development
This presentation depicts a typical product development process performed by Vertex Product Development. This new Wall-mounted MoD BoX delivers true Music on Demand™
This is a quick demo of a 3D animation of a wireless game controller unit which was designed, engineered, prototyped and prepared for production by Vertex.
Vain Harvester Surgical Instrument
Vertex was commissioned to work on the medical product design of the Direct View Retractor (DVR). It is an illuminated, hands-free device permitting direct visualization of the saphenous vein and its branches. Doctors use the instrument during dissection to facilitate atraumatic harvesting.
The xWallDock charger, the next step in outlet evolution.
We designed the xWallDock to install easily without the need for internal wiring. Its internal printed circuit board connects to the charger outlet via a micro, short USB cable. The cable attaches at the bottom of the unit, allowing a pass through to the device.
Animation of Cover Design Concept & Mechanical Solution of tool Changer.
Vertex was commissioned to provide a new look and smart cover designed for this large scale industrial grinding machine. We had to make sure that the user accessibility and interface with the machine will not be compromised in any way. We had to provide a wide access point to the working platform inside the machine by having the corner sliding doors.
From Concept Through Engineering to Production
Typical industrial design & engineering programs for advanced electrical meter/monitoring systems.
Design & Product Development of The V-Dip Bar Exercise Machine.
This unit has two modes of operation. One is being used as a Dip bar with a 90 degrees angle between the bars which has a much wider range of muscles strain for the chest and arms. The second mode is converting the dip bar construction to an exercise bench to be used for press, abdominal exercises and more.
Product Design Firm Service Portfolio.
Presented here are a few of the products which Vertex Product Development has designed, engineered and developed, from conception to production, for the Consumer, Commercial, Industrial and Medical industries.
3D Printing Process Our in House Printer.
This short clip demonstrates the steps taken to create a 3-D object from CAD modeling to actually printing and using the object. These demo objects took about 5 hours to create from 3-D modeling in CAD to having the finished items.
