Vertex was asked to design a robust portable power analyzer unit for use in the field to assist with installation and diagnostics.
Vertex’s engineering team was looking for the best portable container, with the smallest form factor to be reworked to fit the necessary equipment. We tooled the top cover to be manufactured from vacuum formed material. It accommodates touch screen technology with a few connectors for analyzing on-site power consumption.
